President Muhammadu Buhari has again declined assent to the amended Electoral Bill by the National Assembly.
Ita Enang, Senior Special Assistant to the President (Senate) on National Assembly Matters, disclosed this to state house reporters on Friday.
According to Enang, the president has communicated his decision to the National Assembly.
He, however, said the president has assented to the amendment made to the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Act.
With the assent, NOUN can now operate like other conventional universities in the country.
